• Must gross 3 times the rent
• Must have been employed at your job for 6 months or longer
• We request pay check stubs for the last month or an offer letter(cash as income will not suffice)
• We request bank statements for the last 2 months (if can not provide pay stubs)
• Co-signers must make 5x rent, apply and qualify
• Criminal background is reviewed on a case by case bases (only 1 felony that is 10yrs from release date and non-violent) 
• We generally do not work with evictions or broken leases (Case-by-case)

Yes, we do. We allow up to two pets per apartment. Pet fee is $400.00 for each pet and $15.00 pet rent per pet.  No aggressive breeds and their is a 35lb weight limit

Yes, you can! Residents have an online portal where they can make payments and make maintenance requests.

No, walk-ins are welcome! We can be better prepared if you give us a call and make a reservation, but it is not necessary.
